As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of OrganicAF in 6-8 ounces of water 30 minutes prior to training. If sensitive to caffeine start with half a scoop and adjust accordingly. Do not exceed more than 2 scoops in a 24-hour period. While using OrganicAF be sure to consume a minimum of 120 oz of water daily.
